Viewing history, one wonders what conditions and destiny's must occur so that art can appear in this precarious world.
In earlier times, the artist supposedly drew directly from the spiritual world. Human beings were said to be a vessel that might absorb the spiritual impulses that want to express themselves in the world. Have any of these contact options been kept in today's world? Or is art something completely new under modern conditions?
In fact, artists and creative artists of all kinds are touched by the spiritual today and let this shine and resonate through their works. Because art follows the inner necessity of the “eternal objective” in the “temporal subjective”.
In our sense, however, artistic practice is not limited to the classic genres, and neither to the innovations in the various genres or to their further differentiation. Discussion and dialogue are central ways of expressing “social sculpture”. To this end, the “JUTURNA” project, for which twelve creative artists present their ideas in this publication, is an invitation to a dialogue.
