About the Book
A collection of poems and images that reflect the changing seasons and landscapes of Wales. This series is named 'Dhrupad' because they have something of the feel of the ancient form of Indian Classical music, which creates a meditative atmosphere through extended melodious repetition and exploration of emotions. Each page of text is accompanied by a photographic image that is often subtle and ambiguous, reflecting the multiple layers of meaning to be found in the landscapes that inspired the poems.
