About the Book
British photographer Julieanne Mountford likens supporting West Ham United as being in pain. The long awaited release of her photographs spanning a 10 year period in and around the iconic Boleyn ground in East London provide a fascinating look back at the match day experience in the final years before the stadium was bulldozed in 2016. Julieanne describes the heartbreaking destruction of the Hammers' spiritual home of 112 years and speaks for many West Ham fans in relaying her genuine grief at the loss of the Boleyn ground.
