About the Book
During quarantine, I reached out to friends and family one simple question, "What's your dish?" Confined to our homes and kitchens, we’ve been forced to dust off our spades and spatulas and flex our cooking muscles. This book is a collection of recipes from my home community, friends around the world, actual chefs, and one or two grandparents. They come from different cultures, continents and languages, but all have one thing in common. They all have at least one signature recipe that they make better than anyone else! Inside this book you'll find a selection of the best signature recipes that have been hand-selected, meticulously recreated, and come with clear tips and tricks so you can make these dishes at home. It’s spices, sweets, veggies and meats. It’s curries and carbs, fried tofu and lemon bars… seriously there’s something for everyone.
