A person of faith, Jeanie is inspired by the Divine. She sees the physical world as a narrative that instructs her life as a cancer survivor. Her choice is to focus on beauty and find joy even in the most strenuous circumstances and interpret these in her paintings. The light and vibrant colours of her native New Zealand strongly influence Jeanie's work whether it is landscape, mixed media or narrative portraiture.
