About the Book
This magazine is part exhibit guide, part project summary detailing how walking the trails improved my mental health.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives. People have discovered how important nature is to them, and a recent newspaper article in our area headlined:
The cure for pandemic angst: nature.
I might argue that the cure for any angst is nature.
Being in nature is a celebration of life. Nature is affirmation that our world is worth living in. It helps us realize that we are human, we are vulnerable. We are fragile, but we can heal.
