This Wilderness Habitat Discovery Journal is one a series, which describes wildlife habitats around the world. History, science, and reading are blended into the story, which uses a historic personality to engage young readers in exploring this natural environment while improving their inquiry and reading comprehension skills. ClueQ is interactive component utilized in the story’s text, which contains clues to help young readers answer a question about select wildlife subjects. Adults are encouraged to read and look for the clues in the story with their children.
