About the Book
Inspired by the famous cook Julia Child and based on my travel experiences, I decided to create my own cookbook based on a love of gourmet cooking using fresh ingredients.
Volume 3 of my three magazine style cookbooks includes everything from Portuguese Rhubarb Tartelettes, Parisian Chocolate Lava Cake to Italian Focaccia Bread. Of special significance to me are the fourth-generation recipes handed down in my family. Things like Great Grandma’s Swedish Pancakes, Grandma’s Cheese Souffle, and the Smith family Biscuits. The photographs are my own, or were taken by my son Bryan.
