About the Book
From my kitchen window in Auburn Township, Ohio, I witnessed Comet Leonard streak across the southern sky on December 14, 2021 at 12:33 AM. Comet Leonard traveled for 40,000 years to make itself visible to us here on Earth. Cosmic Encounter is a collection of photographs, illustrations, and writings inspired by this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
