About the Creator
Kristy Garcia
Los Angeles, CA
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kristy Garcia AKA LightboxLA was just a hip-hop/r&b fan and an overall lover of music. It just so happened that she had an eye for taking photographs. In fact, she was always the one behind the camera in high school, family gatherings, and all other social events. There was one thing she loved more than photography and that was music. Before cellphones had fancy cameras, she was the girl with the point-and-shoot camera, trying to get as close to the front of the stage and just snapping away at shows. Both were passions of hers, although they were still just something she enjoyed doing as hobbies. Then one day it all changed.
