In 2020 I spent more time drawing at home than taking pictures outdoors. I was feeling antsy - I wanted to hit the street of NYC again to do street photography. So when J and J vaccine became available in April 2021, I jumped at the opportunity. It was a big mistake. I became sick with side effects which lasted for next 6 months. As a result I ended up staying home drawing way more than I did the year before. I still cannot draw from life - mostly I tried to copy the images I found on books. But since my draughtsmanship was poor, the resulted drawings rarely resembled the original images. I feel like I am a defective low-res scanner.
