About the Creator
Laura Ramos is a Culinary Nutrition student at Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte campus, graduating in May of 2023. In 2019, Ramos moved to North Carolina all the way from Puerto Rico, to pursue her career goals. Ramos is a Culinary Operations Assistant on campus and has worked in restaurants like the Inn at Biltmore Estate, in Asheville, N.C., and catering companies. Laura Ramos is passionate about helping people enhance their overall health through nutritious yet delicious meals and strives to work as a chef in the healthcare industry.
