About the Book
‘A PLACE TO GO’ is a collection of my most vivid experiences: my childhood, my sexuality as a gay man, my career in advertising, specializing in the fashion field and finally my adventures in fine arts as a painter with solo exhibitions titled “Human destiny”, “Vested powers”, “I touch the earth”, “Desire”, “Pain”, “Trap”, “The last flight”. My last exhibition “Brain produces” are pastel drawings which I gave away as priceless works!
I also reminisce about my sumptuous travels which empowered me to gather and acquire knowledge on the human condition. I include how I cope with my sickness and pain.
Those accumulated experiences brought me knowledge and wisdom: how to balance between happiness and productivity, love and pain, understanding time as eternity, living while dying is NOW.

About the Creator
Pailag Khudaverdian
Canada
Of Armenian origin, was born in Lebanon in 1943 and immigrated to Canada in 1960. Studied fine arts and commercial art at Sir George Williams School of art. For eighteen years he found his livelihood as commercial artist, during which he painted for pleasure and self-gratification, producing many solo exhibitions. He does not adhere to any one movement of art nor does he ascribe to the philosophy of a particular school. He is free of any moral prejudgments and rigid cultural precepts. In his paintings he tries to capture the fleeting impressions of this transitory life, capturing the sensation of an everlasting present, the secret life within a human situation
