About the Creator
Discovering stories of ancestors has been a passion of mine for many years! Numerous family members also share this passion, so I've decided to create a series of books about former generations, starting with the story of Ben and Orlena Hamby, which began as a Christmas gift for my brother and nephews. In my younger years, I taught kindergarten and second grade before returning to school to become a speech-language pathologist. I am also a dyslexia specialist and love helping develop a passion for reading in others.
