"Vintage Eliminator is a class for a bunch of like-minded traditional hot rodders
hell-bent on squeezing every last bit of horsepower out of vintage and antique
engines made from the beginning of motoring history till about the mid 60's.
We are a class that runs together at different drag strips in
a dial in bracket style format to see who will come out on top.
Running the bracket style keeps everyone as equal and fair as possible since we have everything from stripped down Model T’s all the way up to blown flathead V8’s.
The cars running represent the earliest days of drag racing,
cut down hotrods and racers built from cast off original car parts.
Lots of stuff back in the day was hand built with only
a few after market speed goodies to up the performance,
this is the spirit of Vintage Eliminator."
