About the Book
Megan's work is as much about the journey and the creative process as it is about the final product. She challenges the boundaries between reality and abstraction, transforming ordinary objects into something more. While the atmosphere may seem idyllic at first glance, a closer inspection reveals deeper layers of truth and complexity.
"I'm constantly struck by the beauty of the landscape, juxtaposed with the stark reality of human impact on the environment. We dispose of our trash, but where does it really go? There's no such thing as 'away' — it all ends up somewhere, and we can no longer evade the consequences."
