About the Book
Have you ever wished to become a part of one of the stories that you have read?
Kayla MacLeish always used books as a type of escape for herself. A way to get away from her life and the judgments in it. But on her sixteenth birthday her escape became her prison. Coming into powers she never knew that she possessed, Kayla becomes trapped inside one of the books that she always wished that she could escape into. But the book isn't as it appears.
What Kayla believes are stories set in stone change and morph, because of the character’s free will. But will these characters lose sight of their own happy ends. Kayla intends to follow these stories to the end and help the character get the happily ever afters that they were fated to have. In the process she finds that everyone is a part of their own story, even herself. Going through the world she was dropped into, she is forced to flee from those who mean her harm, fight for her life, learn hard life lessons, battle hard to return to her home, and lose her heart to an amazing warrior. But will she live long enough to figure out her own story and make it back to her own home? And will she be able to find her own happily ever after with the boy who claimed her hearts, while helping her new friends find their own happily ever after?

About the Creator
Donna J.A. Olson has always had a (somewhat strange) imaginative mind. From a young age, she loved to come up with stories and imagine different characters, and what their lives would be like. Donna has always loved to read and will read anything and everything she can get her hands on. She lives in Northern Alberta with her family and her many animals. When not reading or creating new lives with her writing Donna enjoys playing with her animals, fixing things, just having fun and enjoying life. She currently has multiple works published through Kobo, Polar Expressions Publishing, The Poetry Institute Of Canada, Hektoen International, Coteau Books and hopes to have more soon.
