About the Book
Artificial Intelligence in Design is a 10 credit bachelor module taught at CODE University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Students undertake workshops and seminars exploring a range of ideas and techniques from the field of artificial intelligence. They ideate and explore extended design ideas and create prototypes using the techniques they have learned.
The basis for the standard assessment for this module is a poster session / exhibition-style demonstration and oral presentation. Students presented their prototypes and designs at a group session on campus, open to all members of CODE. At this session, they demonstrated their projects and were assessed in a short oral exam, taking the format of a question and answer session with the assessor.
In addition to the demonstration and presentation, students submitted a four-page contribution to a published anthology.
