Born in Wales I emigrated to Australia in 1978 and now live in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Australia with my husband. I have always had a desire to paint and a few years ago picked up a brush and never looked back! I am inspired to paint a variety of subjects in different mediums so that I can share the enjoyment of my art with a wider audience. I paint realistically and also enjoy imaginary works of art. In 2011 I received the top award the Rose Lindsay Art Prize at the Springwood Art Show for my Three Sisters, Blue Mountains painting, now sold, and my work has appeared on the cover of Narrator Magazine. I exhibit yearly and complete commissioned works. I have paintings hanging in private collections nationally and internationally.
