About the Creator
Bruce was born in South Africa of a Cornish Mother and an Irish Father. He attended one of the best schools in the world, Pretoria Boys High. He is immensely proud of his Celtic Ancestry and in 1985 he took out Irish Citizenship. He has in his life worked underground in the Gold Mines, was an Architect and Builder, Carpenter and Bricklayer, Deputy Cox'n in the Life boats, designed and built a 50 ft (15 meter) sailing yacht and painted rare and wild flowers in the semi-desert area of the Western Cape in South Africa. In 1987 he became a member of British Mensa. He strongly believes that we have to make the most of our lives and if we have had the grace to be born we should have the grace to make the most of it Bruce is a self-taught artist and is also dyslexic but that doesn’t worry him at all.
