About the Book
This book documents a visit by the Historical Society of the Northern Territory (HSNT) to the Bradshaw Field Training Area, an area of 90,000 square kilometres, owned by the Australian Government and used for defence purposes.
Prior to the department of defence taking over, the land had been a pastoral (cattle) lease, and the HSNT wished to document some of the historical remnants of that time plus (where possible) places of aboriginal significance.
This book documents the author's first day of the 2010 visit. (No profit goes to the author.)
