About the Book
This is a trip with four men to the Selkirk Mountains of British Columbia, Canada. We traveled on Randonee skis, skis with skins for up hill hiking. The advantage over summer hiking is that when you get to the top you don't have to hike all the way back. You can ski down, sometimes through 15 " of powder snow. The mountains in winter are spectacular, the weather interesting, and the snow wonderful.
