About the Book
This book records a trip around the coast of the Svalbard Archipelago, far up in the Arctic Circle, in summer 2011. The journey was an expedition cruise on the MS Expedition. The book begins with daily commentaries by some of the expert guides who helped us to understand what we were seeing, but it mostly consists of my photographic attempts to show the wildlife and convey the spirit of this very special place.
