About the Book
This foto-project emanates of the idea to connect the two metropolies Rome and New York, matching their allure, colours, particular corners, places to rest such as the ones for amusement. These highly photographed cities are shown from two points of view, the one from above and the one from below - leading to the concept of the exhibition called UP & DOWN.
In this way sometimes even the perception of space or the measurement of men are turned topsy-turvy. Therefore the observer is invited to take a new position and to discover a new vision of two places that seemed well-known till now from various angles.
