About the Creator

I live in the mystical Sonoran desert of Southern Arizona, a place of big skies and magical colors whose palette inspires all my art and writing. I'm an award winning fiction writer and digital artist with my own studio, Straight Road Studio. I won my first art contest at the age of six, was first published at seventeen, and between then and now I've done a variety of things including teaching Russian for the government, running a domestic violence shelter, and teaching college writing. My life is shared by my partner Ken, a magician of things automotive, my Belgian Malinois mix puppy Tamsin, four cats, a turtle, and valued friends.
