About the Book
John Cage tells of how he watched bathers in a swimming pool seemingly diving and swimming to music coming from a jukebox. The music happened to be inside the restaurant where Cage was dining. The swimmers were outside in a pool and unaware of the musical accompaniment.
I have put together a story and pictures of rocks. Perhaps they will blend together for you, even though their relationship is more coincidental than not.
The Swimmer - Bill learns, at age 58 to open a bottle of beer all by himself.
The Music - Images of stones taken on Omaha Beach, Japanese rocks photographed in Paris, Pebbles being washed in Lake Huron.
