About the Book
in honor of valentine's day:
written in very informal prose, i present “billet-doux”: french for “a sweet letter/a love letter”, this collection is made up of journal entries written over these past few years on the people who have especially impacted my life. think of it as one very long love letter to more than one person.
circling the themes of love and loss, (because what is one without the other,) this is very much a testament of what it means to be alive. (on that note, i apologize in advance for Sad things, but it all ends on a happy one.)
even if you don’t know the people in this book, i hope you have someone(s) in your life who makes you feel that life is worth living.
and remember to tell the people you love that you love them on a daily basis while you can, and not just once a year out of obligation.
