About the Book
The Pretoria National Botanical Garden, located in Pretoria's eastern suburbs, was established in 1946. For the photographer it is more of a challenge than some other botanical gardens, but if one is prepared to move in close there are many hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The book comprises five sections, devoted to water, trees, flowers, leaves and lichens, homing in on artistic details rather than the general scene.
