About the Book
In 1863, four years before Canada became a nation - a group of Scottish and English engineers founded a rowing club in Lachine, a part of Montreal Canada. This book celebrates the birth and 150 years of history for the Lachine Rowing club. Colourful characters such as the Paris four, the great Ned Hanlon and many industry magnates are a part of Lachine Rowing's interesting tapestry.
