About the Book
This book is the comparison of colour shots versus black and white infrared. During my family trip to Europe in 2008, I always had two cameras with me at all times. On many occassions, I took the same picture with both cameras. This book is one which shows the comparisons of the same shot or close to the same shot side by side. Infrared photography is the teqnique of using a camera to record an image of a subject or scene that emits, reflects or transmits infrared radiation.

Bob Baziuk
Halfmoon Bay, B.C., Canada
My name is Bob Baziuk. I was born and raised in beautiful Vancouver B.C. My father inspired me to be a photographer. I have spent the past few years shooting B&W infra red with my old Canon ftb using Kodak HIE high speed film. Over the fall, I will be working on a book using my infra red images. Otherwise I believe that photography is one of the medicines of life. I also believe that there is beauty in the ugly if one looks hard enough. I also feel that composition isn't everything; it is the only thing!
