This book chronicles our journey from Stony Point, New York to Buffalo, New York via the Erie Canal during June of 2014.

We (Steve and Teresa) sold our sailboat, purchased a trawler located in New York, and renamed her Sanctuary. With the help of good friends and our nephew, we brought the boat home. Shouldering the work load and companionship along the way proved priceless.

The trip from Buffalo, NY through the Great Lakes and home to Muskegon, Michigan is another volume in the story.
