About the Book
Photos taken during a visit in March of 2016. This project shows the wonders and beauty of one of the great national parks of the world. Torres del Paine National Park in southern Patagonia is the largest and the most visited of the national parks in Chile. A world biosphere reserve, it is known for its mountains, glaciers, pristine lakes and rivers. Highlights include the dramatic triple peaks of Torres del Paine (Blue Towers) and Los Cuernos del Paine (the Blue Horns). The highest summit in the park is Cerro Paine Grande at 9,500 feet. Grey Glacier on the west side of the park is 3.75 miles wide and 18 miles long, Its front wall on Grey Lake is 100 feet high.
