This book was designed in May 2009 as a birthday gift for my mother, Sally Raglin Marshall. Together with my dad, Jim Raglin, she raised 5 children in Lincoln, Nebraska. We grew up eating meals that weren't too inventive but that still satisfied. A simple version of Shepard's Pie was one of the favorites .... and the dessert section contains many cakes that helped appease the family's always aching sweet tooth. Filling out the pages are newer recipes plus a selection of photos from the 1960s to today.
