About the Book
Maine once considered itself the prime source for blueberries, picked in August and canned thereafter. Today the fresh fruit is available 365 days a year in the produce section of your favorite market. This tells how a determined young lady, a dedicated botanist, three neuroscientists, packaging experts, and world-wide marketers made it happen.
