About the Book
This is a pictorial record of what I saw during the period between May 15 through to June 15, 2009...the details that caught my attention.
As we go through our days, we tend not to notice the details...the stories that surround us which are always available but often unnoticed and invisible to the busy mind. Becoming aware of these visual gifts, requires quieting our thoughts, releasing our expectations and unraveling the internal chaos. The creation of this inner space helps us to "see" the world around us with new eyes.
Most of my art work includes text, and this project proved to be no exception. Each photograph is accompanied by a quote or poem.
