Yale educated, worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, friend of the late Lincoln Kirstein, yet little known outside of a small circle. Artwork in select public and private collections, including the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art, New York, and the Government Art Gallery, Bangalore, India.
