About the Book
Pendleton: Christmas
Smaller size, softcover version of the larger format, hardcover edition with the same content.
The town of Pendleton, South Carolina is a small but historic village dating as far back at 1790. The photographs presented in this book represent casual strolls through town to capture the Pendleton that so many people have come to love. Street scenes, vignettes, and compositions often overlooked or seldom considered are the things that give a place its sense of place, its unique identity. Pendleton is special, and these photographs show why.
Christmas time, too, is very special. The festive decorations of evergreen dotted with red ribbons, candles, and the sparkle of lights bring a warm wave of memories, comfort, hope, and peace. Combine a very special time of year with a very special place, and there is Christmas in Pendleton.
