About the Book
The future's not all it's cracked up to be. A young girl on the hellish volcano moon Io's only friend is a girl made of fire. A couple's honeymoon at a water park halfway between the Earth and Mars is interrupted an invasion of 18th Century pirates. A folk-singing space fighter pilot performs one last set before the upcoming battle in the morning. Middle-aged gay partners ponder the prospect of exile on the moon. Alternating between the Earth and farther out into Space, Unevenly Distributed ponders our relationship to the Solar System, to each other, and to ourselves.
