About the Book
Michigan Sauce is a topping for hot dogs, known in the Northern tier of New York. It has nothing to do with Michigan, they never heard of it. I've collected 78 variations of the recipe. Some are sweet, mild, or spicy, but different than a chili dog. There are no beans involved!
