Austin Galante was born in southern Iowa. Austin spent half his life living in Iowa. He has spent most of his 20’s traveling around the United States and abroad with his band Bad Fathers. For the last five years Austin has called Los Angeles his home.
Wanting to branch out to other musical endeavors, he and several of his bands mates decided to start a new musical project called Black Market Maven. The project is dubstep and electro music that follow a story which Austin Galante wrote in tandem with producing the music. Each chapter of the book is a new song.
Austin Galante is also a painter, photographer, actor, graphic designer, vocalist, and music producer.
