About the Ebook
The World War One Traralgon honour board lists 229 men and five nurses. The cenotaph in town has the names of 56 men who died during the war. This book contains the stories of all these men and women, those who returned from the war and those who did not. Each has a brief overview of his/her service, and relationship with Traralgon and other family members.
Any published letters and information from their welcome home has been transcribed from local newspapers. The material was collected for "Traralgon World War One - they did their bit". It seemed a great shame not to provide this rich resource about the individual ANZACs from this rural community in Victoria, Australia.
